Natsuyo brings together extensive consulting and industry experiences in the multi-national discipline. Through her hands on work with a number of prominent clients in various industries, such as steel, pulp & paper, general merchandise, consumer goods, food & beverage, healthcare, and luxury goods industries, Natsuyo has developed expertise in operationalizing marketing strategies to achieve sustainable growth and performance improvement. She also possesses experience in developing new business and its growth strategies, creating new value propositions and product/service offerings, defining new partnership opportunities, and implementing tactical plans. Her latest activities include designing client led and market driven Cause Marketing strategies within the context of CSR (corporate social responsibility), as well as the LOHAS Marketing, incorporating the environmental and health conscious lifestyle into marketing. Additionally, ASPIRE forms a partnership with People Focus Consulting (headquartered in Japan) to provide a full array of organizational development programs with truly global and practical approach.

Prior to establishing ASPIRE Intelligence, Natsuyo has held positions in McKinsey & Company as a strategy consultant, and a multi-national Japanese trading firm, ITOCHU International Inc. as a business development manager. She received an MBA degree in marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship from the Stern School of Business of New York University , and a BA degree in cross-cultural communication and business from the School of Commerce of Waseda University .
Natsuyo is also an experienced MC, Presenter, Moderator, and Workshop Speaker, who has worked on tradeshows, conventions, business conferences, corporate and social parties, symposiums, etc.
